This collaboration explores a fresh interpretation of the traditional, farmhouse-style kitchen sink. Instead of the typical heavy-handed design details, we strived to create with softness, approachability, and grace.

The design evolved through an exploration of architectural forms and refined detailing, trips to farmers markets and a few select home goods stores in an effort to create a sink and coordinating accessories with a balanced, more approachable, everyday sensibility while keeping fireclay manufacturing capabilities in mind.

BEYOND UTILITY Inspired by the character of farmers’ markets, the accessory collection introduces a sense of warmth and familiarity, bringing a human touch to a highly functional kitchen environment.

Heritage reconsidered. The collection explores a fresh interpretation of the traditional kitchen sink, bringing architectural detailing into a contemporary workstation.

  1. Taking inspiration from architectural molding details and Kohler’s archives

  2. Nesting accessories allowing the customer to keep their kitchen clutter-free

  3. Offering of multiple sink sizes and mounting options, with powder coated racks and accessories.

    Refraining from plastic was essential to maintaining that market-inspired charm.

MORE THAN JUST THE APRON — A considered, molded inner ledge spans the entirety of the sink basin to act not only as a place for accessories to sit, but also acting as a design detail one can appreciate on the undercount designs as well.
